We didn’t want to make just any bourbon—we wanted to make the best bourbon. Anywhere. We’re confident we succeeded and, when the time comes, we have no doubt you’ll agree. It’s home-grown and handcrafted from the finest ingredients. Plump, organic yellow corn from the Texas Panhandle. Premium organic winter wheat and two-row barley from the Pacific Northwest and Canada. When the weather cooperates, we grow our own wheat here at the ranch. We grind our grain fresh daily and we cook our own sweet mash – one batch at a time. Then we blend the fruity distillate with fresh Hill Country rainwater that we harvest and purify ourselves.

Today, the barns on our ranch are full of new white American oak barrels, and we add another every day. The powerful Texas sun warms the barrels, mellowing the rich amber bourbon inside. Once a week, our proprietor tastes a small sample from select barrels to see how the bourbon is maturing. And he always walks away with a smile.
