It’s home-grown and handcrafted from the finest ingredients. Plump, organic yellow corn from the Texas Panhandle. Premium organic winter wheat that we grow ourselves here at the ranch and two-row barley from the Pacific Northwest and Canada. We grind our grain fresh daily and we cook our own sweet mash – one batch at a time. Then we marry the fruity distillate with fresh Hill Country rainwater that we harvest and purify ourselves.

Today, the barns on our ranch hold thousands of new white American oak barrels, and we add a few more every week. The powerful Texas sun warms the barrels, mellowing the rich amber bourbon inside. Once a week, our proprietor tastes a small sample from select barrels to see how the bourbon is maturing. And he always walks away with a smile.

Today, we’re having a little problem keeping it on store shelves and it’s only available in the Hill Country. We hope to introduce Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey statewide in just a few years.
