It’s home-grown and handcrafted from the finest ingredients. Plump, organic yellow corn from Hereford up in the Panhandle. Premium organic soft red winter wheat from fields right here in Hye and malted barley from the Pacific Northwest and Canada. We grow our own wheat right here on the ranch. And we cook our own mash on site. Then we blend the sweet distillate with fresh Hill Country rainwater that we harvest and purify ourselves. Just recently, we added a second recipe to the family—Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon™. Like its super-premium big brother, our Cowboy Bourbon™ has a flavor all its own—but it’s affordable enough for a working man to enjoy. Today, the barrel barn on our ranch is almost full of new white American oak barrels, and we add another every day. The powerful Texas sun warms the barrels, mellowing the amber bourbon inside. Once a week, our proprietor tastes a small sample from each barrel to see how the bourbon is maturing. And he always walks away with a smile. But it still has some growing up to do. We hope to introduce you to Garrison Brothers Texas Bourbon™ Whiskey in 2011. We guarantee it’ll be worth the wait.
