2025 Guadalupe Release

Y’all, the rumors are true, and the wait is over. 2025 Guadalupe returns for its fifth annual distillery release on Saturday, July 12th at 8AM.

Aged four years in new American white oak barrels, then finished for two more in tawny port casks, Guadalupe is a bold, fruit-forward masterpiece, fiery crimson in color, and smooth as a Hill Country sunset.

In addition to the 2025 Guadalupe Bourbon release this year, we’re proud to feature bottles from 6 different Cask Strength Single Barrels of Guadalupe Bourbon. Garrison Brothers Guadalupe Bourbon is a tribute to the winding beauty of the Guadalupe River, and our ongoing commitment to protecting the wild places of this great state. Proceeds benefit Gulf Trust, ensuring a vibrant Texas Coast and Gulf for future generations.

Come early and stay all day. We’ve planned a full day of celebration in Hye. Expect live music, Texas inspired bites from the Whiskey Shack, and our signature bourbon cocktails. It’s a toast to Texas craftsmanship and a tradition that keeps getting better with age.

This event is free and open to the public.

Bottles will be available first-come, first-served, and unlike previous releases, this will not be a drive-through event. Plan to park, sip, and enjoy everything Texas.
