Join us for an exquisite four-course dinner by the culinary team at Knife Plano, perfectly paired with Garrison Brothers Bourbon served neat and in cocktail form. Dan Garrison, our Founder and Distillery Quarterback will be there telling the tale of how Garrison Brothers came to be the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas while you sip and savor your way through each delicious course.

1st course- 400-day carpaccio, summer truffles, and Parmigiano Reggiano

2nd course- Garrison Bros. bourbon-glazed pork belly, southern style blackened peas, & collard greens paired with Single Barrel neat pour
3rd course- Pacific wild-caught prawns, chanterelle mushrooms, orange essence, and cockle monte paired with Small Batch neat pour
4th course- Korean spice-rubbed akaushi coulotte, with kimchi pancake paired with Balmorhea neat pour
