Due to the severe storms and flooding currently happening in Blanco County — for the safety of our friends and family — we have decided to postpone the distillery release of Balmorhea.

We are celebrating the launch of our Balmorhea Bourbon at our beautiful ranch in Hye. Come and support local artists performing live music, craft food and drink by our local artisans, AND come watch races between local Armadillos!
We’ll have a drive-through selling these bottles and you can also pick them up at the gift shop and stay for the antics.

Master Distiller, Donnis Todd crafted this product from a final 55 barrel dump and as such, he has decided to reward the lucky son-of-a-gun who picks up the bottle numbered #55. What’s the prize? A unique opportunity to come out and help Donnis select the barrels which will be used in creating our 2020 batch of Balmorhea! A once in a lifetime opportunity for any true bourbon whiskey aficionado!
