Throughout the dinner, you’ll learn about the history of Garrison Brothers Distillery while learning the proper way to nose and taste bourbon whiskey!
1st course
Texas seafood Chowder- Creamy Seafood Chowder loaded with shrimp crab redfish and sweet Texas corn. Serve with garlic-toasted bread.

Candied Pistachio Mixed Green Salad – fresh mixed greens with arugula, candy pistachios, finished with a tangy bourbon vinaigrette – Paired with HoneyDew Bourbon
