The SweetFire team has put together a 5-course, family-style meal, featuring cocktails and neat pours of Garrison Brothers bourbon to pair with each dish. Dan will be telling the tale of how he built the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas from the ground up. He’ll take you through everything you need to know about nosing and tasting fine bourbon whiskey, then y’all can drink it however you’d like!
