Come out and join us for a Chef Pairing Dinner at with Garrison Brothers Master Distiller Donnis Todd, featuring a specially curated menu by Chef D’Andre Miller.
 
Chef D’Andre joined the Army as a Culinary Specialist in 2008. There he quickly made his way through Culinary School, achieving the rank of Sergeant and actively working as an Executive Chef. His time in the service opened his eyes to how vital Standard Operating Procedure, and strict adherence to systems are to a job well done when managing upwards of 85-200 people, literally feeding an Army.
 
After retiring, Chef D’Andre was recruited for the role of Executive Chef by Fleming’s Prime Steak House where he managed and grew business . He enjoyed his work with Fleming’s, but due to restructuring, Chef D’Andre took a great opportunity with The Palm Too Restaurant in New York, New York where he currently resides as the Executive Chef.
 
Donnis Todd is the Master Distiller at Garrison Brothers, and has spent the last decade working side-by-side with Dan Garrison to create the best Texas bourbon the world has ever seen. Donnis knows the ins and outs of every single part of the bourbon-making process, and will take you through the Garrison Brothers story as you enjoy an incredible full-course meal, featuring bourbon pours and cocktail pairings carefully selected to complement Chef D’Andre’s dishes.

1st Course
Apple Cider & Caramel Arugula Salad
Arugula, spinach, iceberg lettuce, fresh cherries, roasted spiced walnuts, and smoked cheddar cheese.

2nd Course
Apple Brandy Glazed Duck
Seared apple/brandy glazed duck breast served over a grilled grit cake, and bourbon orange glazed carrots.

3rd Course
Kona Rubbed Fillet
Broiled fillet rubbed with cinnamon, kona, and chili powder topped with a peach and poblano pepper relish over brown rice.
Paired with: Garrison Brothers Small Batch – Old Fashioned
 
DESSERT
Cinnamon Cheesecake Crepe
Topped with spiced vanilla bourbon honey.
