Join us for an exquisite dinner prepared by the culinary team at The Switch to be perfectly paired with Garrison Brothers Bourbon served neat and in cocktail form. Dan Garrison himself will be there telling the tale of how he built the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas from the ground up, while you sip and savor your way through each delicious course.
You may have heard it before… but come and find out for yourself just how good bourbon truly can change the world!

-Smoked Brisket, Chicken, and Sausage Gumbo served over Potato Salad. Served with Dunker’s Crackers
