Ladies and Gentlemen, our Cowboy Bourbon™ is back and will be first available at our bottle shop in Hye. Last year, we sold out entirely in a record-breaking 2 hours and 40 minutes. Do not wait, this will sell out!
The daytime party will feature frozen cocktails by the distillery’s recently opened Whiskey Shack, food by Chef Joseph Moreno, and live music by Scooter Pearce. There will also be an interactive knife-throwing and comedy performance by Band-Aids & Blades. Distillery gates will open at noon and the festivities will last until 6 p.m.
The tasting notes from our Founder, Dan Garrison & Master Distiller, Donnis Todd: “Bouquet of lavender, Manhattan street-cart roasted walnuts, pipe tobacco, and Arabica coffee. A powerful rush of raw honeycomb, dried cherries, toffee, warm molasses, cooked apricots, and burnt raisins. Figs and ganache. Burnt marshmallows and a Milk Dud finish. A pleasing hiss like a snake’s rattle as it settles in and numbs the tongue.”
