Donnis will be taking you through every step of the bourbon-making process as he guides you through a 4-course dinner crafted by the Cafe Central team! Along the way, you’ll learn everything you need to know about nosing and tasting fine bourbon whiskey, then y’all can drink it however you’d like!

Dinner will be kicking off at 7, but be sure to stop by the bar a bit early to chat fine bourbon with Donnis himself.
