Event Details

Distillery Founder and Quarterback will be at the Garrison restaurant in the Fairmont Hotel to further prove that good bourbon can change the world! Dan will be presenting Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation with a check for the funds Garrison Brothers has raised for the Foundation in 2018 in an effort to restore and preserve Balmorhea State Park. 

We aren’t done yet! A portion of the proceeds from tickets to this dinner will go towards our 2019 fundraising efforts on behalf of Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation. 

Chef Jason Purcell has pulled out all the stops to bring you a thoughtfully curated menu designed to pair perfectly with Garrison Brothers Bourbon. Each dish will be served alongside cocktails and neat pours designed to compliment the food.
