Join us at the distillery August 20th to witness Shane Merriam, Adam Rains, and Bradley Tyler Moore compete to craft the finest Tiki cocktail the Hill Country has to offer. These talented bartenders will be pouring their tropical fan favorite cocktails atop barrel bars for y’all to admire and enjoy.

ADAM RAINS

Adam Rains is the Lead Mixologist & Beverage Director for the world-famous Golden Tiki and has shown a true passion for food, wine, beer & spirits. In 2020, he was the Italicus Bar Artist of the Year (one of 10 in the world) and in 2019 was chosen by the Nevada Restaurant Association for the “Drink Specialist of the Year.”

Along with assisting in developing a new whiskey for Silver State Distillery, Adam has helped open several restaurants and bars, including The Dorsey (Sam Ross), Gordon Ramsay’s Pub, and more recently, worked with James Beard nominee Sheridan Su to design the beverage program at Flock & Fowl. “Rains”, as he is commonly known, has written for several publications such as Chilled Magazine, Tales of the Cocktail, and Las Vegas Food Beverage Professional.

BRADLEY TYLER MOORE

Bradley T. Moore is the General Manager and Beverage Director at Laka Lono Rum Club in Omaha Nebraska. His over a decade of Industry experience ranges from bowling alley bars to fine dining and a whole lot of Tiki poured on top! He is part of the Pop-Up group Turbo Tiki Takeover that has taken over bars all over the Midwest and has provided cocktails and good times for Inuhele Atlanta Tiki Weekend and Malihini Tiki Festival.

Recently featured in Top Bars in Arizona Cocktail Weekend, Bradley’s focus on providing outstanding experiences for his guests with creative and sometimes wacky cocktail creations is top-notch. His love for rum, barbecue, and crazy tropical cocktails can only be matched by his love for delicious Texas bourbon!
