Honey Dew Hullabaloo is the launch party for our latest experimental bourbon, Honey Dew! This new release was made in partnership with Burleson’s Honey and has created quite the buzz. Here are the tasting notes our bourbon maverick and master distiller, Donnis Todd: Aroma is sweet elderberry syrup, wildflowers, and mom’s honey-pineapple upside-down cake, baking in the oven. Taste of wildflowers, plum jelly, vanilla, and cloves. Sweet honey butter on a warm yeast roll. Delicate hibiscus tea and saltwater taffy that tingles the roof of your mouth. A delicate finish of stewed apricots, cinnamon-toast-crunch, and El Rey white chocolate. A delicate, pleasing mouthful of summertime joy. Unlike all other Garrison Brothers’ Bourbons, this one sneaks in like a spring rain shower.

We’ll have Habana Cowboy’s mobile cigar lounge – both comfortable and elegant – where you can chill out with a perfectly paired cigar, Frost 321 will be making frozen drinks prepared right in front of guests’ eyes. The liquid nitrogen process transforms the traditional mixing bowl into a mystical fountain of fog. We’ll also have our partners in this Honey Dew experimental, Burleson’s Honey, setting up a honey bee educational tent.
