Join us for our first-ever Hye Steaks Cookoff & Cocktail Competition! This one-of-a-kind event is presented by The Texas Beef Council and will be hosted at our distillery in Hye, TX.

We’ll have 13 Chefs from all over the Lone Star State serving 8 different steak dishes. The high-quality steaks for these dishes will be provided by the Texas Beef Council. We will also have four Mixologists from Central Texas serving four unique Garrison Brothers Bourbon Cocktails, complimentary beer provided by Independence Brewing and wine tastings provided by William Chris. Johnny McGowan and the Cowboy Trio will be the live entertainment for the evening. There will also be a live auction benefiting the Texas Restaurant Foundation, trick roping, leather stamping, complimentary boot Fittings from Alvies Boots, and a local hat vendor

Tickets are $125 each and all proceeds will benefit the Texas Restaurant Foundation & Good Bourbon for a Good Cause.

You’re invited to attend our annual event, Red, White & Bourbon: a collaborative fundraiser for the National Museum of the Pacific War in Fredericksburg, TX. There’s nothing sweeter than folks coming together to raise money for a worthy cause!

We’ll have a BBQ lunch buffet, live music, World War II-era vehicles, mobile Nimitz Museum and activities, including a “Dip-Your-Own” station to seal your very own bourbon bottle with red, white and blue wax. A portion of each purchase will be donated to the Admiral Nimitz Foundation.

“The Nimitz Museum is a national treasure right here in our own backyard. This history needs to be preserved and shared. Nothing better than to visit on a long, leisurely afternoon.”
