Join us for an exquisite four-course dinner by Mastro’s Steakhouse, paired with Garrison Brothers Bourbon. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will be donated to Team Rubicon as part of Good Bourbon for a Good Cause. Charles Garrison will be there telling the tale of how Garrison Brothers came to be the first legal Bourbon distillery in Texas and prove that good bourbon truly can change the world!

– About the Chef –

Regional Concept Chef, Rob Klink

Maryland native Rob Klink has been known as one of DC’s leading chefs, since 2001. Under his direction, The Oceanaire Seafood Room earned 2 DiRoNA Awards, and he has cooked at the world famous James Beard House in New York three times. In 2014, Chef Klink made the move to helm the kitchen of Mastro’s Steakhouse, a top tier luxury steakhouse located in Penn Quarter. Chef Klink takes pride in the training of his staff and in the quality of execution during service. Since joining Mastro’s, Klink has expanded his role and has helped open locations in NYC, Ft. Lauderdale, and Malibu.
