Dan will be pouring samples of our Small Batch, Single Barrel, HoneyDew, and Balmorhea bourbon as he tells the tale of building the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas from the ground up. Each sample will pair perfectly with a variety of appetizers from the Urban Stillhouse team!
