Dan will be telling the tale of building the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas from the ground up as he takes you through a full 5-course meal crafted by the Eddie Merlot’s team. He and Taylor will take you through everything you need to know about nosing and tasting fine bourbon whiskey, then y’all can drink it however you’d like!
