Event Details

Okeechobee Steakhouse is the first and oldest steakhouse in Florida. Ralph Lewis, his wife, and his family established the business in 1947. Ralph and Dan Garrison, the owner and founder of Garrison Brothers Distillery, Texas first and oldest legal whiskey distillery invite you to join them for a feast of some of the finest cuts of steak you’ll ever taste.

Ralph is preparing his famous prime 55-day dry-aged, bone-in Certified Angus, Bourbon-soaked Tomahawk Ribeye. using a proprietary, closely guarded 71- year-old family secret in the steakhouse dry aging meat coolers. To put this in perspective, after being soaked in Garrison Brothers Single Barrel bourbon, the steaks weigh almost 3 pounds.

Ralph and Dan will be scouring the fields of Arnosky Family Farms, Pink Tractor Farms, and Ottmers Family Farms to select vegetables to accompany the steak dinner. Ralph and Dan will be hunting dove the two days prior to the dinner. If the hunting Gods cooperate, this will be an incredibly fresh farm-to-field-to-table culinary adventure.
