Event Details

The good people of Fort Worth have been clamoring for another Garrison Brothers event and with the help of Twigs Fort Worth we have answered the call! The delightful team of culinary experts at Twig will be working side by side with our very own Bourbon Evangelist, Taylor Bailey to make this dinner into an experience – sending people home with full bellies and fond memories!

Here’s a cheeky peek at what’s to come:

First Course: Appetizer
1. Golden Wrap Shrimp
a. Crispy fried spring roll with scallions and ginger served with a sweet chili Thai sauce.

Second Course: Salad
1. Prosciutto Mango Salad
a. A blend of red spinach, sliced radishes, parsley, tossed with juicy chunks of mango,
shaved prosciutto, and a chili vinaigrette.

Third Course: Starch
1. Deep Fried Arancini Balls
a. Deep fried Creamy risotto with parmesan, and mozzarella.

Fourth Course: Seafood Entrée 1
1. Oysters Kilpatrick
a. Freshly shucked oysters, cooked with bacon, Worcestershire, butter, served with a fresh
lemon wedge, over rock salt.

Fifth Course: Protein Entrée 2
1. Deconstructed Duck Breast 
a. French cut duck breast served over sweet potato mash with a cranberry red wine sauce.

Course: Desert
1. Chocolate dome with mousse 
a. Triple chocolate mousse cake under a dark chocolate dome, served tableside with a
warm raspberry sauce.
