Between bites, Dan will tell y’all a bit about the history of Garrison Brothers Distillery and share the proper techniques for nosing and tasting a fine bourbon whiskey.

Join Garrison Brothers Whiskey Peddler Charlie Garrison for a night of fine food and fine bourbon with our friends at The Nicolett!

Charlie will be telling the tale of how he built the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas from the ground up as you move through an incredible night of High Plains cuisine crafted by The Nicolett’s Finn Walter in collaboration with our very own Charlie Garrison. Along the way, you’ll learn everything there is to know about nosing and tasting fine bourbon whiskey, then y’all can drink it however you like.

The event kicks off at 6:30 pm with a casual welcome cocktail and a chance to meet the maker, Charlie Garrison, followed by a seated dinner at 7 pm.

The full menu and bourbon pairings will be released soon.

*Must be 21 to attend. No substitutions.

Join us on April 19th as Garrison Brothers Distillery teams up with Sage Restaurant & Lounge for a one-of-a-kind Spring Fling pairing dinner and after-party benefit. This dinner will be a fusion of our culinary and mixology professionals featuring Garrison Brothers bourbon provocateur Shane Merriam and Garrison Brothers Chef Jack MacDonald alongside the very talented beverage director Eric Pfeiffer of Sage and the Sage executive chef Henry Gutkin.

Dinner starts at 6:30 pm on the Sage Veranda.
Please note: Seating will be communal and groups will be seated next to each other.

This is a pre-paid event. Refunds are not available, but tickets may be transferred. You will be prompted to add the beverage pairings separately (not optional) so that we can apply taxes appropriately. ($175++)

There are optional add-ons for a “Meet and Greet Afterparty” and a 375 Boot Flask bottle signed by Dan Garrison. Proceeds benefit Good Bourbon for a Good Cause and are earmarked for the Hill Country Cowboy Hike and Bike Trail.
