2026 Hye Steaks Cookout
Join us Saturday, October 3rd, from 6 to 9 PM at the ranch for the return of our legendary Hye Steaks Cookout—a celebration of bourbon, beef, and big Texas flavor.
In proud partnership with Nolan Ryan Beef, Bucker Creek Ranch, Wagyu X, Performance Fine Foods, and Key Allegro Oysters, we’re firing up the grills for another unforgettable evening of fine Texas steaks, handcrafted bourbon cocktails, generous pours from our local winery partners, perfectly paired bites, and one hell of a good time. All proceeds benefit the Texas Restaurant Foundation.
This year’s experience features eight action stations, where you’ll enjoy small bites crafted by some of Texas’ top chefs, each thoughtfully paired with a signature Garrison Brothers bourbon cocktail. Plus, enjoy an exclusive From The Barrel tasting experience hosted by Master Distiller Donnis Todd. Between bites, stop by our new Cigar Corral, where Bariay 1492 will be hosting a cigar lounge with premium cigars available for purchase. Plus, don’t miss the exclusive opportunity to purchase a limited-edition Hye Steaks Cookout Cask Strength Single Barrel, available only to event guests.
