Join us Saturday, October 3rd, from 6 to 9 PM at the ranch for the return of our legendary Hye Steaks Cookout—a celebration of bourbon, beef, and big Texas flavor.

In proud partnership with Nolan Ryan Beef, Bucker Creek Ranch, Wagyu X, Performance Fine Foods, and Key Allegro Oysters, we’re firing up the grills for another unforgettable evening of fine Texas steaks, handcrafted bourbon cocktails, exceptional pairings, and one hell of a good time. All proceeds benefit the Texas Restaurant Foundation.

This year’s cookout features eight action stations, each serving small bites crafted by some of Texas’ top chefs and thoughtfully paired with a signature Garrison Brothers bourbon cocktail.
