Summer Pairing Happy Hour
Join us at the distillery on June 11 from 4:30-6:30 PM for our first-ever Garrison Brothers Pairing Happy Hour, an interactive, four-station experience where bold flavors meet good bourbon. Led by our Culinary and Bartending teams, each station showcases the art of pairing thoughtfully crafted bourbon cocktails and small bites.
We’ll be gathering for an evening rooted in flavor, storytelling, and true Texas hospitality. Move freely between stations, ask questions, and pick up expert techniques for incorporating bourbon into your own cooking and cocktails at home.
This event kicks off our 2026 pairing series, featuring a diverse menu paired with cocktails made from our legendary Garrison Brothers Bourbon, each one designed to complement and elevate every bite
