Jason has been a first responder in some capacity since he was a teen. He volunteered through high school and, since, has committed his life to being a paramedic and serving the citizens of his jurisdiction. Two years ago, he stepped into the role of first responder liaison implementing programs and improving relationships and training throughout the 1100 sq mile county he serves. He most recently stepped into the emergency preparedness role and has done much to prepare for any disaster that may arise. Whether natural disasters or active shooter MCIs. He is an asset to those he serves and after all that, comes home to support a wife and 3 kids. He also gave me the gift of being able to stay home and be present for our kids. He’s definitely our hometown hero!
