Indulge in the ultimate Garrison Brothers experience. Your journey begins with a 75-90 minute guided tour of Texas’ first legal bourbon distillery. You’ll ride from from the planked cabin gift shop and tasting room up through scenic hill top views to the Showbarn. It’s a great way to get to know those soon-to-be-friends sitting right next to you.
Explore our historic Stillhouse and Cookhouse as you learn the art of making legendary Texas bourbon. Join the party in the Bottling Room, where an army of volunteers hand-dips each bottle in wax (and performs so-called Quality Control). Visit the Dancehall Barn where we proudly affirm our belief that “Good Bourbon Can Change the World.”
Then, settle in for an exclusive tasting at our private bar. In the Hye Reserve Tasting, you’ll sip four of our most sought-after expressions, including Cowboy Bourbon—while learning the stories and craftsmanship behind each pour.
