Dry Aged January has officially come to a close—and what a run it was. With more than 70 participating steakhouses and bars across the country, the program brought together chefs, bartenders, and guests around meals worth slowing down for. From beautifully prepared dry-aged cuts to bourbon-forward dishes and cocktails, you showed up, pulled up a chair, and proved that January can still deliver big flavor, warm hospitality, and unforgettable nights out.
