Cocktail Classes

Join us at Garrison Brothers Distillery for our weekly Cocktail Class and learn how to craft cocktails like the pros. You’ll master the essentials—measuring, straining, garnishing, and more—while creating the Whiskey Shack’s featured cocktail of the month. Then, put your skills to the test by mixing up your own unique variation, all while diving into the history of bourbon and Texas’ first legal bourbon distillery.

Cocktail Classes are $60 per person, with 8 seats available per class. Classes are held every Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Cocktail Club Members receive a 25% discount on classes.

THE FINE PRINT

When you arrive at the distillery for your class, check in at the greeters stand outside the Whiskey Shack or inside the gift shop. While the Cocktail Classes are covered, they are outdoors, so be sure to plan accordingly. Classes will proceed rain or shine.
