2026 Cowboy Bourbon Release
We’re thrilled to invite you to one of our most anticipated events of 2026, the Cowboy Bourbon release party at the Distillery on September 12th, from 8:00AM to 4:00 PM. Bottles will be available for $249.99.
Coming in at 141.0 proof, this uncut, unfiltered Texas bourbon has endured at least six scorching Texas summers in our barrel barn, soaking up every ounce of bold flavor. Toasted caramel, baked spices, molasses, and vanilla unfold alongside ripe plums dipped in 70% dark chocolate, creating a deep, decadent, and intensely flavorful experience.
Come for the release, stay for the party. Enjoy live music and of course, neat pours and cocktails from the Whiskey Shack.
