Ben Pierson

Master Chief/Navy
My father joined the United States Navy with the goal of providing a better life for his family while also embracing and developing his leadership abilities. Over the course of his career, he rose to the rank of Master Chief and concluded his service aboard the USS Michael Murphy in Hawaii. Following his retirement, he relocated to Austin, Texas, where he continues to serve others by helping families, especially fellow veterans, achieve homeownership as a real estate professional. In addition to his career, he remains deeply committed to personal growth and community service. He is a Master Mason, a leadership speaker who travels across the United States with the Travis Manion Foundation, and a dedicated baseball coach for his son, Austyn. Even with these commitments, he consistently volunteers his time to further support and embraces his relationship with God. He exemplifies qualities that set him apart from anyone I have ever known: strength, service, compassion, resilience, and leadership. What makes his story especially compelling is his foundation is he was raised in a hardworking and loving family, values he carried forward to build a meaningful life for himself and his four children. He is a man of deep honor and pride in both his country and his community. Above all, he has become a lasting source of inspiration for his family and for those throughout the Austin area and beyond.
