Chris is an amazing man who embodies changing the world everyday. Not only has he spent his entire life in service to the public and this country he continues to serve everyday. He’s a disabled veteran who still serves the community everyday. It’s really easy to nominate a veteran or a public servant for this award however Chris truly goes beyond that. Even off duty he will stop at every wreck and every car on the side of the road to see if someone needs help. Whenever he has a chance to serve the community and teach our children about doing something good for no reason other than it is the right thing he capitalizes on that opportunity every chance he gets. We can be out and about on the way to something we have planned and Chris will still stop to help because it is the right thing to do and if it were your family you’d want someone to do the same. Pay it forward mentality. Chris is passionate about doing the right thing especially when no one is looking because it is the right thing to do and helping our community every chance he gets. He is also an amazing instructor molding the future generation of medics with competence and ethics.
