Nichole Jordan

Army
Nicole inspired me yesterday when I met her at Garrison Brothers distillery in Hye, Texas. She was on my 2pm Distillery tour. I gifted her with one of the challenge coins, which was the first one I have ever given out to anyone, and she was very thrilled to accept it. Her dedication to helping women veterans in the United States was very intriguing to me as well as her story of how she started her organization. Nicole created a retreat in Maine, for women veterans, helping to heal and give a sense of camaraderie to all fellow women veterans. Nicole travels in her RV, pulling her truck throughout the United States on her off time from her retreats, to speak at luncheons and dinners explaining her purpose and to raise money for her passion. She saw the need of having a safe place for women veterans to gather and have spiritual healing with nature. There are so few retreats like this dedicated to our women veterans, unlike the numerous ones that are out there for men only and she saw a need for this type of assistance. Nicole is not only an army veteran, she is also a first responder EMS and a four-time cancer survivor. I am honored to nominate Nicole for the Boot campaign.
