Hye Reserve Tasting

Take a seat at our private tasting bar for an intimate guided experience featuring some of Garrison Brothers’ most coveted expressions. You’ll sip on four of our finest Texas bourbons, including Cowboy Bourbon—while learning the stories and craftsmanship behind each pour.

Hye Reserve tastings are $70 per person, with 9 seats available at each tasting. Tastings are offered Thursdays at 1:30 PM, and Fridays/Saturdays at 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM.

When you arrive at the distillery for your reservation, check in at the greeters stand outside the Whiskey Shack or inside the gift shop.
