Take a seat at our private tasting bar for an intimate guided experience featuring some of Garrison Brothers’ most coveted expressions. You’ll sip on our finest Texas bourbons, including Cowboy Bourbon—while learning the stories and craftsmanship behind each pour.
Hye Reserve tastings are $70 per person, with 10 seats available at each tasting. Tastings are offered Thursdays at 1:30 PM, and Fridays/Saturdays at 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
