Hye, TX (October 27, 2026) — Garrison Brothers Distillery and the Coachella Valley Firebirds announce the release of limited-edition Firebirds Single Barrel bourbon to celebrate the team’s fifth season in the American Hockey League (AHL). The collector’s release is the first Garrison Brothers Single Barrel created for a professional hockey team. Each bottle contains Garrison Brothers Single Barrel bourbon at 94 proof and is hand-dipped in silver and red wax and finished with a commemorative custom label.
Garrison Brothers Distillery is the first and oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas to produce authentic, handcrafted, corn-to-cork bourbon whiskey. Founded in 2006 by Dan and Nancy Garrison in Hye, Texas, the distillery is open for tours and special events and sits on a 100-acre working cattle ranch in the beautiful Hill Country. Garrison Brothers bourbon is currently served and sold across all 50 states, including at hotels, bars, and restaurants throughout the greater Palm Springs area.

The Firebirds Single Barrel will be available at Garrison Brothers Bar at Acrisure Arena and at restaurants and bars across the Coachella Valley, including Porta Via (Palm Desert), Blackbook Bar (Palm Springs), and Indio Taphouse (Indio). Bottles will also be sold by select retailers, including Desert Wine Shop (La Quinta) and Mirage Wine & Liquor (Palm Springs). The limited-edition release comes in a specially designed keepsake bag.
Garrison Brothers will donate $1 to One Valley Foundation for every bottle sold. The One Valley Foundation supports organizations and initiatives throughout the Coachella Valley with a focus on three key pillars: Education, Community, and Well-Being. Since its founding, the Foundation has invested more than $1.9 million into local organizations and programs that positively impact residents across the region.
