2 ozGarrison Brothers Small Batch or HoneyDew Bourbon 1 tspLiber & Co. Demerara syrup 2 dashesOrange bitters 2 dashesAngostura bitters GarnishOrange peel and a cherry
Instructions
1Add the bourbon, Demerara syrup and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice. 2Stir until well chilled. 3Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube. 4Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry.

What makes the Garrison Brothers Signature Old Fashioned different?
Demerara syrup in place of plain simple syrup, and two kinds of bitters. The raw cane sugar adds a light molasses note, and the orange bitters brighten the finish.
Can I make it with HoneyDew?
Yes. HoneyDew, our bourbon infused with Texas wildflower honey, makes a softer, sweeter version. You may want a touch less syrup.
What can I use instead of Liber & Co. Demerara syrup?
Any Demerara syrup works. To make your own, dissolve Demerara sugar in an equal amount of hot water and let it cool.
