Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Garrison Brothers “Cast Your Pour” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: Lone Star Distillery dba Garrison Brothers Distillery, 1827 Hye-Albert Road, Hye, Texas 78635 (the “Sponsor”).

ADMINISTRATOR: Garrison Brothers Distillery, 1827 Hye-Albert Road, Hye, Texas 78635 (the “Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the following states who are 21 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes start date (“Entrant”):

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

This Sweepstakes is void in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, all other United States territories, possessions and protectorates, foreign-based United States military installations, and wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a Prize: (a) employees or agents of the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, prize providers, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, and the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; (b) suppliers, distributors or retailers of the Sponsor’s products; (c) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of, this Sweepstakes; or (d) employees of, persons in the immediate family of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories (collectively, “Released Parties”).

For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, “immediate family members” is defined as spouse, domestic partner, mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, children, siblings and their spouses, and “persons living in the same household” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may enter as follows:

Website. Visit https://www.garrisonbros.com/vote (the “Website”), select one Garrison Brothers bourbon expression on the ballot, and submit a vote. To convert a vote into a Sweepstakes entry, the Entrant must also complete the entry form by providing a valid email address, confirming they are 21 years of age or older, selecting their state of residence, and accepting these Official Rules.

Each valid vote cast by a confirmed Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period will generate one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Voting is limited to one (1) vote per person per calendar day, measured in Central Time, so an Entrant who votes every day of the Sweepstakes Period may accrue a maximum of thirty-one (31) entries from voting.

Entries are generated from valid votes cast on or after the campaign day on which the Entrant completes the entry form. An Entrant who votes and then completes the entry form on the same campaign day will receive an entry for that day’s vote. Votes cast on earlier campaign days do not generate entries and will not be applied retroactively.

Referral entries. After completing the entry form, an Entrant may invite other people to vote on the Website, either by sending an invitation to an email address the Entrant supplies or by sharing the personal link the Website provides. An Entrant may send no more than five (5) email invitations per calendar day.

An Entrant earns one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry (a “Bonus Entry”) each time a person that Entrant invited casts a valid vote on the Website. A Bonus Entry is earned when the invited person votes, not when the invitation is sent. Each invited person may generate a Bonus Entry on one occasion only, however many times that person subsequently votes.

No Bonus Entry is earned for inviting oneself, for inviting a person who has already entered the Sweepstakes, or for an email address that has already been invited by any Entrant. An Entrant may earn no more than ten (10) Bonus Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

Maximum entries. An Entrant may therefore accrue a maximum of forty-one (41) Sweepstakes entries during the Sweepstakes Period: thirty-one (31) from voting and ten (10) Bonus Entries.

All entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on October 31, 2026. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Any attempt to submit more than the maximum number of entries using multiple or different email addresses, devices, identities or any other methods may void that Entrant’s entries. Entries generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. No other forms of entry are valid other than those set forth above. All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor.

IMPORTANT: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. NOT ALL MOBILE TELEPHONE/WIRELESS PROVIDERS CARRY THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS SHOULD CONSULT THEIR WIRELESS PROVIDER’S PRICING PLANS.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

Two hundred fifty (250) potential winners will be selected in a single random drawing to be held on or about November 5, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (“Winners”).

The drawing is conducted without replacement until two hundred fifty (250) distinct Entrants have been selected; no Entrant may win more than one Prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

All drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Potential Winners will be notified by email using the address provided in their entry, on or about November 6, 2026, and will be required to claim their Prize within seven (7) days of notification. If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate Winner may be selected, who will likewise have five (5) days to claim. If no response is received from an alternate, that Prize will go unawarded.

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for a Winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam filters, message blocking, outdated contact information supplied by the Entrant, or suspended or discontinued internet or email service.

PRIZE

PRIZE: Two hundred fifty (250) Prizes are available. Each Prize consists of one (1) admission for two (2) people to a standard public distillery tour at Garrison Brothers Distillery, 1827 Hye-Albert Road, Hye, Texas, delivered as a single-use redemption code.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: up to $40.00. Distillery tour admission is $10.00 per person on weekdays and $20.00 per person on weekends, and the redemption code is valid for either. Because the Winner selects the date, the Prize is valued at the higher weekend rate for two people. A Winner who redeems on a weekday receives a Prize of lesser actual value and no difference will be awarded.

Total ARV of all Prizes: up to $10,000.00 (250 × up to $40.00).

Prize conditions:

  1. Reservation is required and is subject to availability. A redemption code does not guarantee availability on any particular date.
  2. The Prize must be redeemed on or before December 31, 2027. Unredeemed codes expire with no compensation.
  3. The Prize is valid only for tours that can be booked online at garrisonbros.com/visit-hye. A reservation made in advance is required; the code cannot be redeemed as a walk-up at the distillery.
  4. All guests must be 21 years of age or older and must present valid government-issued photo identification at the distillery.
  5. Winner and guest are responsible for all travel, transportation, lodging, meals and any other costs associated with visiting the distillery. No travel, lodging or transportation is included.
  6. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned or bartered.
  7. Alcohol is not a part of any Prize. Any tasting offered during a tour is provided at the distillery’s discretion under applicable law and is not a component of the Prize.
  8. No cash, stipend, gift card, or other substitute or reimbursement will be provided in lieu of any Prize component.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

Claiming a Prize. To claim a Prize, a potential Winner must confirm acceptance electronically by following the link in the notification email within seven (7) days of notification. No notarised affidavit is required, and Sponsor will not request a Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number. The Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is well below the six hundred dollar ($600.00) threshold at which Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-MISC reporting arises, so no such reporting is required. Electronic acceptance constitutes the Winner’s affirmation that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules, and their agreement to the release below.

By accepting any Prize, the Winner agrees to release the Sponsor and the Released Parties, as well as any social media platform, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any Prize awarded. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the Prize or receipt of the Prize.

By accepting a Prize, Winners grant permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use their name and address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without further notice to and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. If you are selected as a Winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available Winner’s list.

Limit one (1) Prize per individual, household, street address, mobile number and/or email address during any one (1) year period across Sponsor’s promotions.

GENERAL RELEASES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X Corp., LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Snapchat, WhatsApp and Telegram and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines or injuries (up to and including bodily injury and death) of any kind arising out of or related to: (i) Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) any acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize; (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (iv) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or Prize.

Entrant agrees that the Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for discontinued prizes; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of registration or account information; any technical malfunctions of the telephone or data network, computer online system, computer equipment, software, social media platform, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor or Administrator; interruption or inability to access any website, application or online service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to Entrant’s computer or mobile device; any lost or delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects; delay in delivery or misdelivery of mail by the United States Postal Service; and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE(S).

For New Jersey Residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.

DISCLAIMERS

Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) for any reason, including but not limited to viruses, worms, bugs, fraud, technical failures, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and, in the event of termination at its discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.

Vote and entry integrity. The Sweepstakes uses automated measures to detect and prevent duplicate and automated voting. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any vote or entry it reasonably believes to have been generated by automated means, by circumventing the one-vote-per-day limit, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, and to disqualify any Entrant responsible for such activity.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the entry, provided that person is eligible.

GOVERNING LAW

The parties agree that the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL, OUT-OF-POCKET, THIRD-PARTY COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00), AND IN NO EVENT SHALL AN ENTRANT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR COURT COSTS, EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY LAW; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND EACH ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Entrant, Sponsor, and the Released Parties each agree to fully and finally settle all disputes pertaining to the Sweepstakes only through binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, where appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes; provided, however, that Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in or closest to Hye, Texas. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Hye, Texas or another location determined by the Sponsor.

Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings, including any class actions. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

In no event shall any Dispute be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

MISCELLANEOUS

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference. In the event of a discrepancy between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

USE OF DATA

All information submitted by Entrant will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.garrisonbros.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your email address, Entrant hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledges that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Consent to marketing is separate. Entering the Sweepstakes does not subscribe an Entrant to marketing communications. Any consent to receive marketing email is given by a separate, affirmative opt-in on the entry form and may be withdrawn at any time.

For a Winners List, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Garrison Brothers Distillery, Attn: Cast Your Pour Winners List, 1827 Hye-Albert Road, Hye, Texas 78635, to be received no later than December 31, 2026, or visit https://www.garrisonbros.com/vote-winners no earlier than thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes has ended.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X Corp., LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Snapchat, WhatsApp or Telegram.

Reference to third parties in connection with prizes and/or third-party websites or services are for reference and identification purposes only and are not intended to suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Sponsor or the Sweepstakes.
