Pumpkin & Poblano Soup: A velvety pumpkin and poblano soup finished with poblano crema and crispy tortilla strips.
Paired with Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon
3rd Course
Bourbon Smoked Beef Cheeks: Slow-smoked and confit beef cheeks served with garlic confit mashed potatoes, crisp green apple-celery slaw, and a cornbread Madeleine.
