About the Texas Sunset
As bold as a West Texas sky at golden hour. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew is shaken with Solerno blood orange liqueur, fresh lemon and orange, grenadine and Angostura, then served up with a blood orange wheel. Bright, juicy and glowing red.
What is Solerno?
A blood orange liqueur made in Sicily from fresh blood oranges and lemon peel. It's brighter and less sweet than triple sec.
What is a Nick and Nora glass?
A small, bell-shaped stemmed glass for drinks served up. A coupe works just as well.
Can I batch it for a party?
Yes. One 750 ml bottle of HoneyDew makes about 17 drinks. Combine it with 8½ oz each of Solerno, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice and grenadine, plus about 1 oz Angostura. Keep it cold, shake about 3½ oz per drink with ice and double strain.
