About the Smoking Gun
A smoky, refreshing highball. Peaches go on the smoker, then get blended with lemon and honey into a juice that meets Garrison Brothers HoneyDew over ice. Texas-made Rambler sparkling water stretches it long, and a sprig of rosemary adds a piney finish.
Can I smoke the peaches without a smoker?
Yes. Grill the peach halves cut side down over medium heat until charred, or roast them at 400°F and add a drop of smoked bitters to the juice.
What is Rambler sparkling water?
A Texas sparkling water from Austin, made with limestone-filtered water and minerals. Any unflavored sparkling water works.
How far ahead can I make the peach juice?
Up to 3 days in the fridge. Four peaches make enough for about six drinks.
