About the Lilikoi Cowboy
Lilikoi is Hawaiian for passion fruit, and this cowboy rides it straight into a bright, tropical bourbon sour. Garrison Brothers Small Batch is shaken with Licor 43's vanilla-citrus sweetness, passion fruit syrup and fresh lemon, with a couple of dashes of foamer for a silky top.
What is Licor 43?
A Spanish liqueur made with 43 ingredients, best known for its vanilla and citrus flavor.
What does Fee Brothers Foamer do?
It's a vegan foaming agent that gives shaken drinks a silky head, like egg white without the egg. A couple of dashes is plenty.
Can I batch it for a party?
Yes. One 750 ml bottle of Small Batch makes about 12 drinks. Combine it with 6¼ oz Licor 43, 3¼ oz passion fruit syrup and 12¾ oz fresh lemon juice. Keep it cold, then shake about 3¾ oz per drink with ice and two dashes of foamer, and strain over ice.
