2 oz. Garrison Brothers Bourbon 1/4 oz. Lucid Supérieure Absinthe 1/2 oz. Honey Water 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice 1 Dash Lavender Bitters

Stir over a couple of large ice cubes. Strain into a martini or coupe glass. Float lemon wheel & mint sprig garnish
