Start your day out right with a bourbon brunch! Enjoy notes of candied nuts from the sherry and walnut syrup, freshly-roasted coffee, and fluffy eggs drizzled with plenty of HoneyDew bourbon.


1.5 oz. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew
.5 oz. Sherry
.5 oz. Orange Cordial
.5 oz. Enriched Coffee Syrup
1 Heavy Cream
1 Whole Egg (Egg White)
3 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters

Grated Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin. Dry shake and then add ice for a hard shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.

Orange Cordial
6-8 Oranges (peels)
Orange Juice

Combine juice and equal parts sugar. Stir to dissolve and combine with orange peels. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until peels are translucent (15-20min). Strain into a container and cool over an ice bath.

Enriched Coffee Syrup
2 parts brewed Coffee (13:1 ratio)
1 part Sugar in the Raw (turbinado)

Brew coffee with freshly ground coffee beans at a 13:1 ratio of water to coffee beans, weigh coffee to determine sugar, combine and stir to dissolve over heat DO NOT REDUCE, remove from heat, store cold.
