This Cowboy had a long ride to get here! 

We’re gearing up at the ranch for the 9th release of our coveted Cowboy Bourbon! This year we filled just 9,600 bottles with the 140.9 proof uncut, unfiltered, authentic bourbon whiskey. Despite that high proof, this bourbon greets you with an alluring bourbon perfume and the initial heat reveals an array of flavors – warm plums, rhubarb, cocoa powder and cherry, balanced by the earthiness of roasted pecans and a touch of white chocolate and clove honey.

To try out the newest bottle of the Nectar Of The Gods yourself, join us bright and early at 8AM on September 23rd for this year’s release of our iconic Cowboy Bourbon. Bottles will be $249.99 (or around $273 with tax), and will be limited to just one per person over the age of 21. If you’re unable to make it to the ranch, we will also be having a retail release in the weeks following this event, so keep an eye out at your favorite local retailer!

After you’ve snagged your bottle of Cowboy, make sure to stick around for delicious food and beverage offerings from the Whiskey Shack, and early opening at the gift shop!

As with our other releases this year, we respectfully ask that no guests camp overnight in their cars and that no guests try to jump the line up Hye-Albert Rd. in helicopters. As much as we’d love to party with y’all through the night, having that many bourbon fans at once can be a bit too much for little old Hye-Albert Road to handle.
