FIRST COURSE

Crisp melon salad with mixed greens, fresh mint, and burrata finished with pistachios and lemon-honey vinaigrette

Paired with a Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon cocktail

SECOND COURSE

Arborio rice cooked risotto style with portobello mushrooms and finished with shaved parmesan

Paired with a neat pour of Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon

THIRD COURSE

Espresso and brown sugar smoked brisket served with mashed potatoes and finished with stone fruit and tomato jus
