Bourbon Glazed Ham

An oven-roasted bone-in ham coated in a Garrison Brothers Bourbon glaze made with molasses, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and spices.


¼ Cup Garrison Brothers Bourbon
1 Each Bone-In Ham
1 Cup Molasses
1 Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp. Cloves

Yields 8 Servings

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 275⁰F.

Step 2

Cover and place the ham in the oven for 2 hours, or until heated through.

Step 3

In a small saucepot, mix together the Garrison Brothers Bourbon, molasses, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon and cloves on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 4

Once the ham is heated through, glaze the ham and turn up the oven to 350⁰F.

Step 5

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes for the glaze to set.
