Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon 1/2 oz. Apple Brandy 1/2 oz. Mezcal or Sotol 1/2 oz. Chai Tea Syrup 1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 2 Dashes Toasted Pecan Bitters Soda Water

Instructions

In a shaking tin, combine all ingredients over ice (except soda water). Hard shake and strain into a collins glass over pebble or regular ice. Top with soda water and garnish with dehydrated apple chips and a cinnamon stick.
