Bourbon Maple Sausage

Pan-seared maple breakfast sausage links glazed with Garrison Brothers Bourbon


2 Tbsp. Bourbon
1/4 cup Water
16 Sausage Links
2 Tbsp. Orange Marmalade
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Butter

Yield: 8 Servings
1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat filled with the 1/4 cup of water.
2. Add in the sausage links and cook for about 6 minutes or until the water evaporates.
3. Add in the orange marmalade, maple syrup and butter and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the bourbon and remove from heat.
