Jet Set

Book your vacation and set off on a new adventure with this offshoot of the beloved Paper Plane, pairing Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon with the sweet notes of Aperol before gently descending into a fruity landing. 

Ingredients

2 oz. Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon
1/4 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 Strawberries
4 -5 Mint Leaves

*Egg white or Aquafaba optional

In a shaking tin, muddle strawberries and mint leaves before adding the remainder of the materials. Add ice and hard shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a sliced strawberry and clipped mint top.
