Texas Truffle

A generous pour of small batch bourbon becomes an indulgent dessert cocktail in this tangy Fall favorite. With chipotle chocolate bitters, vanilla, and citrus, it’s the perfect marriage of spicy and decadent.


2 oz. Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
1/4 oz. Meletti Amaro
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Vanilla Syrup
2 Dashes Bittercube Chipotle Cacao Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin and hard shake. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange peel (dehydrated optional) and clipped dried chili. Enjoy!
