Bringing a Texas Taste to a Tiki Tradition, this twist on an iconic beachside cocktail will have any guest feeling like they’re on a permanent vacation.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
1/4 oz Diplomatico Reserva
1/4 oz Oloroso Sherry
1/4 oz Apricot Liqueur
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Orgeat
Barspoon Pimento Dram

Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin and hard shake. Double strain into a hurricane glass or tiki mug over pebble ice. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple wheel and pineapple leaf.
